Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary (turmeric, curry also good)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 400
- Arranger cauliflower in a single layer on oiled baking sheet
- Roast 20-30 minutes or until cooked through and browned lightly
- Serve warm or at room temperature
