This calorie rich casserole is very quick and easy to make; ingredients are easy to find in your local grocery store. This is a crowd pleaser and great for a buffet table or special family events.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can Campbell's condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup melted butter
- 8 oz cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- In a large mixing bowl, thaw potatoes for about an hour
- Add next five ingredients and mix well
- Place in 9" X 13" baking pan. Top with chips
- Bake for about 60 minutes
- NOTE: May be made up to 24 hours in advance and stored in fridge (covered) uncooked. (I suggest putting the chips on top just before cooking)
