Pistachio squares
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 cup flour
- ½ cup chopped nuts of your choice
- 1 package cream cheese
- ¾ cup icing sugar
- 8 cup cool whip
- 2 packages instant pistachio pudding mix
- 2 cup milk
- 8 cup cool whip
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- First layer: Cream butter, sugar, flour. Add nuts
- Press into greased 9x13 pan and bake for 10 min
- Second layer: Mix cream cheese and sugar at high speed and blend in cool whip. Spread over cooled first layer
- Third layer: Mix pudding and milk and place in fridge for 3 minutes and then pour over second layer
- Spread additional cool whip on top of dessert and sprinkle with chopped nuts
