Key Lime Pie

A really easy version of Key Lime pie that can be made Gluten Free with a Mi-Del Graham Crust.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup Nellie & Joe's Famous Key West Lime Juice
  • 1 Can (300ml) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 Egg Yolks

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl for 3 minutes until combined
  3. Pour mixture into crust and bake for 12 minutes
  4. Place on cooling rack until cook and chill in the fridge for 3 hours
