A really easy version of Key Lime pie that can be made Gluten Free with a Mi-Del Graham Crust.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Nellie & Joe's Famous Key West Lime Juice
- 1 Can (300ml) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 Egg Yolks
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl for 3 minutes until combined
- Pour mixture into crust and bake for 12 minutes
- Place on cooling rack until cook and chill in the fridge for 3 hours
