Garlic Parmesan Risotto

Cheesy and delicious
Ingredients
- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 4 cup Chicken (or vegetable) broth
- 4 tsp Minced garlic (or 4 cloves)
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Put broth in sauce pan and keep on low heat
- Add garlic to separate pot and cook for 1-2 min
- Add rice to garlic and mix together well
- Slowly start adding broth to the rice a ladle at a time. Stir after each ladle until rice absorbs liquid
- Continue adding broth to rice while constantly stirring until rice is cooked to desired doneness
- Add in as much parmesan cheese as you like and stir thoroughly
