Garlic Parmesan Risotto

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 4 cup Chicken (or vegetable) broth
  • 4 tsp Minced garlic (or 4 cloves)
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Put broth in sauce pan and keep on low heat
  2. Add garlic to separate pot and cook for 1-2 min
  3. Add rice to garlic and mix together well
  4. Slowly start adding broth to the rice a ladle at a time. Stir after each ladle until rice absorbs liquid
  5. Continue adding broth to rice while constantly stirring until rice is cooked to desired doneness
  6. Add in as much parmesan cheese as you like and stir thoroughly
