Fluffy Peanut Butter Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 2 cup icing sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk, as needed

Directions

  1. Beat peanut butter and butter in a medium bowl until creamy and combined
  2. Gradually blend in icing sugar. When the mixture thickens, begin incorporating milk, 1 tbsp at a time until frosting is thick and spreadable
  3. Beat on high until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes)
