Donair Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp each salt and black pepper
- 1 package (8oz) cream cheese
- ½ cup shredded pizza mozzarella
- 1 cup donair sauce (see below for recipe)
- 1 tomato, seeded and diced
- 1 onion, minced
Donair Sauce
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ¼ cup White Vinegar
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
Directions
- Mix up all the spices and add to ground beef as it cooks
- While the meat is browning, make your donair sauce and mix with cream cheese and shredded mozzarella
- Drain beef and mix in with cream cheese mixture
- Transfer all to a small casserole dish and cover (if not eating right away)
- Once ready to cook, preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook for 20 minutes
- Once cooked, sprinkle diced tomatoes and minced onions over the top and serve with desired tortilla chips
