Addicting Christmas bark
Ingredients
- 1 package of original Breton crackers (gluten free if desired)
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 package of mini chocolate chips
- crushed up M&M's
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line baking sheet with foil, parchment paper and crackers
- Melt butter and brown sugar in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and let cook until bubbling (about 2 mins)
- Pour mixture over crackers and bake for 12 minutes
- Top with chocolate chips and return to oven for 2-3 minutes. Smooth out chocolate and top with M&M's
- Let cool in freezer or refrigerator
- Break up into pieces and store in large Ziploc bag or container in fridge
