Christmas Bark

Addicting Christmas bark


Ingredients

  • 1 package of original Breton crackers (gluten free if desired)
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 package of mini chocolate chips
  • crushed up M&M's

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line baking sheet with foil, parchment paper and crackers
  3. Melt butter and brown sugar in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and let cook until bubbling (about 2 mins)
  4. Pour mixture over crackers and bake for 12 minutes
  5. Top with chocolate chips and return to oven for 2-3 minutes. Smooth out chocolate and top with M&M's
  6. Let cool in freezer or refrigerator
  7. Break up into pieces and store in large Ziploc bag or container in fridge
