Nick’s tried and true chili recipe


Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 2 16 oz cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • red chili flakes to taste

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef and drain
  2. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook until chili thickens is to your taste
