Nick’s tried and true chili recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 16 oz cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp cumin
- red chili flakes to taste
Directions
- Cook ground beef and drain
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook until chili thickens is to your taste
