Chicken Tortellini

Creamy delicious chicken tortellini
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 garlic cloves (2 tsp minced) - chopped or pressed
- 4 oz chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp parmesan
- 14 oz tortellini cooked to package instructions
Directions
- Cut chicken breast into chunks and set aside. Mix seasonings in small bowl, set aside
- Add butter and oil to pan to heat up
- Add chicken to heated pan and toss in seasonings. Fry about 5 minutes
- Start boiling water and cook pasta as per package instructions once it boils
- Add garlic and fry for another minute or so
- Add chicken stock and fry for another minute
- Add heavy cream and cook until cream thickens on low heat
- Once cream has thickened, add parmesan cheese
- Add a bit of pasta water to mixture and then toss in cooked pasta and mix
- Serve with fresh parmesan grated on top if desired
