Brown Sugar Fudge

Old fashioned fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cup Brown Sugar
  • ¾ cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 cup Icing Sugar

Directions

  1. Gently melt butter in saucepan
  2. Add Brown Sugar and Evaporated milk increase to medium heat
  3. Once mixture starts to boil, start a timer for exactly 10 minutes
  4. While mixture is boiling, measure icing sugar into mixing bowl
  5. Add mixture to Icing Sugar and mix with hand mixer on medium for exactly 5 minutes
  6. Pour into square pan lined with parchment paper and cool, once cool place in fridge or freezer
