BBQ Pulled Chicken

Delicious bbq pulled chicken made in the slow cooker. Use it for nachos, tacos and many other dishes
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup italian dressing
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Season chicken breast lightly (small pinch of salt and pepper per breast) and place in slow cooker
- In a mixing bowl combine bbq sauce, italian dressing, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined
- Pour over chicken - cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours
- Shred chicken with 2 forks, re-cover and let cook for about 10-15 minutes to soak up sauce
