World’s Best Steak Marinade

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until combined
  2. Add 4 pounds of your choice of steaks to a resealable zip lock bag or bowl with a lid. Pour the marinade over the steaks, seal the bag or bowl and marinate for 2 hours or overnight
